Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex consulting projects for government and public sector clients.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations based on rigorous analysis and industry insights.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring project objectives are met and exceeding expectations.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on government or public institutions.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver high-quality client engagements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
