Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage construction contracts from initiation to close-out.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and specifications.
- Review and process payment applications, change orders, and claims.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Liaise with project teams, clients, and stakeholders on contractual matters.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and construction industry best practices.
- Strong understanding of contract administration processes and documentation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
