EKFC is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst responsible for research and analysis of cost elements, production results, and monitoring of financial impact to support the costing department with analytics and recommendations to enable decision-making. The role involves complex cost analysis & a high volume of challenging manual processes to track, evaluate, and optimize food production, inventory, and delivery costs while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and update Bills of Materials (BoMs) for existing and new products.
- Analyze cost variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities across sourcing, production, and menu design.
- Design easy-to-understand reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating costing policies.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance EKFC’s financial performance.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Business MBA / Professional qualification in Finance, ACA, CPA, CFA
- Minimum 6 years of related work experience.
- Work experience with Big Four Audit firms and forensic accounting experience is preferred.
- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Proficient in using ERP, Excel for analysis.
