Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies for digital platforms.
• Utilize an AI-native playground and advanced data analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate tests to improve conversion funnels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering to implement winning solutions.
• Monitor and report on key CRO metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Drive significant revenue growth and enhance user experience through data-driven optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior CRO Manager or similar role with a strong track record of success.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform strategic decisions.
• Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical significance, and optimization tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy, and potentially remote environment.
