Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to building performance and sustainability.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools to present findings clearly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis projects.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data best practices and governance within the organization.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various data sources and reporting mechanisms.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and strong experience with programming languages like Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify key insights, and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
