Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using ETL/ELT processes.
- Build and optimize data models and schemas for various analytical and operational use cases.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other engineers to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across all data platforms.
- Implement and manage data storage solutions, including data lakes and data warehouses.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering practices and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala.
- Strong experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of database concepts (SQL, NoSQL).
