Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full development lifecycle of real estate projects from inception to delivery.
- Manage project teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and risk assessments for new developments.
- Oversee design development, procurement, and construction phases.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company quality standards.
- Report on project progress, risks, and financial performance to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development management, preferably with a master developer.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
