Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of digital data across various platforms and channels.
- Identify key trends, user behaviors, and actionable insights to improve digital performance.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations for optimization of websites, apps, and marketing campaigns.
- Create and maintain robust dashboards and reports for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to implement analytical solutions.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Analyst, with a preference for senior-level contributions (5+ years).
- Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer journey analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment.
