Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex data centre transformation and modernization programs.
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for data centre infrastructure, cloud adoption, and IT operations.
- Manage large-scale projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and performance improvements within data centre environments.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to technical teams throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in data centre management, infrastructure transformation, and IT leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale data centre projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), virtualization, and enterprise architecture.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, cloud architect certifications) are highly desirable.
