Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules and plans.
  • Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and identify any deviations.
  • Prepare detailed planning reports, forecasts, and progress analyses for management review.
  • Coordinate with various engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction teams to integrate schedules.
  • Implement and ensure adherence to planning best practices and company procedures.
  • Identify potential schedule risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning within the oil, gas, or energy sector.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
