Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC plans and procedures for diverse infrastructure projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and document non-conformities, root causes, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare detailed QA/QC reports, documentation, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
• Provide technical guidance and training on quality control practices to project teams and site personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control roles within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of international quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant local codes and standards.
• Proven ability to perform inspections, conduct audits, and manage quality documentation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using QA/QC software and tools, with a keen eye for detail.
