Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control strategies and procedures.
- Oversee quality inspections, testing, and audits across IT services and consulting projects.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues and non-conformances efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with development and project teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare detailed QA/QC reports, documentation, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, preferably within IT services.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a multicultural environment.
