Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Act as a primary point of contact and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
