Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and local regulations.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
- Provide HR advice and support to management and staff on various HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or club industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
