Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and local regulations.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes, from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
• Provide HR advice and support to management and staff on various HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or club industry.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
