Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Events & Activations Manager in the end-to-end planning and execution of all community events.
- Serve as a key on-site representative during events, managing the setup, live operations, and breakdown.
- Build and maintain relationships with event vendors, suppliers, and external partners.
- Help track and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded and aligned with project plans.
- Work with the marketing team to promote events across all communication channels.
- Assist in the collection of feedback and data after each event to support post-event analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in events management, community engagement, or a related field.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage events from conception to completion.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
