Key Responsibilities
- Support campaign setup and execution across search, social, display, and affiliate channels.
- Monitor and optimize daily campaign performance on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Identify performance gaps and assist in tactical optimizations with media agencies.
- Coordinate creative briefs, asset delivery, and reporting for campaign alignment.
- Track competitor activity and digital trends, providing actionable insights.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce.
- Hands-on expertise with paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data management and report building.
- Strong analytical skills using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRO techniques.
- Collaborative and detail-oriented with agency management experience.
