Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage comprehensive patient treatment cycles, including IVF and other assisted reproduction procedures.
• Provide expert nursing care and emotional support to patients throughout their fertility journey.
• Educate patients thoroughly on treatment protocols, medication administration, and procedural expectations.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring strict compliance with JCI accreditation and clinical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the medical team to develop and optimize individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure and professional certifications relevant to fertility or women’s health.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mid-senior level nursing role, preferably within a fertility clinic or reproductive health setting.
• Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to deliver compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical documentation and adhering to stringent clinical protocols.
