Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the group.
• Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and implement robust financial risk management strategies.
• Develop and enforce strong internal controls and financial policies across the organization.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management regarding business development and investment opportunities.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance management, ideally within the aerospace, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (IFRS), and tax laws.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving results.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
