Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements and reports.
  • Oversee all aspects of general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and local regulations.
  • Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Manage internal and external audit requirements effectively.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial accounting, preferably within the MENA region.
  • Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or GAAP.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
