Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Provide insightful analytical support to optimize operational efficiency and cost management within the healthcare environment.
• Collaborate with various business units to offer financial guidance and interpret key performance indicators.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify trends, analyze variances, and present actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate complex financial concepts effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
