Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s cost control framework, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and cost policies.
- Establish and maintain internal controls across accounting, reporting, and operational processes.
- Provide financial input and cost analysis for new business initiatives, projects, and investment decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities in cost management workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CMA, CPA, or FMVA preferred).
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, cost management, or FP&A roles.
- Experience in a publicly listed company is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of IFRS, internal control over financial reporting (ICFR/ICOFR), and corporate governance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.
