Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against established plans, identifying variances and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
