Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against established plans, identifying variances and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
