Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks for business growth and performance optimization.
• Develop and implement robust BI dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and visualize data effectively.
• Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making and business development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, ensure data accuracy, and integrate BI solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection, analysis, and reporting processes and methodologies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform and support overall growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar data-driven role, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Expertise in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and database querying.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of growth marketing metrics, customer lifecycle, and business strategy concepts is highly desirable.
