Key Responsibilities
- Oversee guest relations within the rooms division, ensuring a high level of service.

- Implement and maintain Jumeirah’s service standards and operational procedures.
- Assist in training and guiding junior guest relations staff.

Requirements
- Proven experience in guest relations or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proficiency in relevant hotel management software.
