Jumeirah Beach Hotel is looking for a Senior Guest Services Assistant in Telecommunications. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, entering guest requests, ensuring timely handling of requests, and monitoring the E Butler Chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a warm and friendly tone.
• Enter HotSOS guest requests and monitor response timing.
• Ensure timely handling of guest requests and follow up with guests.
• Ensure all wake-up calls are correctly input into PMS.
• Monitor E Butler Chat and respond within 60 seconds.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year luxury hospitality experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
