Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest services with a specialized focus on telecommunications.
- Assist guests promptly with all inquiries and issues related to telephone, internet, and other communication systems.
- Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the hotel’s telecommunication infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for guests and internal departments.
- Collaborate effectively with the IT and Front Office teams to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior guest services staff on telecommunication protocols and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Guest Services Assistant, preferably with a background in telecommunications or IT support.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is highly advantageous.
