Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide expert HR advice and support on performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies within designated business units.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
  • Facilitate organizational development initiatives and change management processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Oman.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
