Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide expert HR advice and support on performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies within designated business units.
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives and change management processes.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the retail sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Oman.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
