Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HR operations processes and systems for efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and accurate record management.
  • Support and contribute to various HR initiatives and projects across different departments.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for HR-related queries, providing effective solutions to employees and management.
  • Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with significant experience in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, HR regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
