Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage, maintain, and secure the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and ensure data integrity and backup solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency.
- Conduct IT training for staff and create comprehensive documentation for IT systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar senior role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, macOS, Linux) and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in network protocols, security principles, and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA) are highly preferred.
