Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for internal staff.
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.

Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support, with significant experience in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
