Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure rapid resolution.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide critical support as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in infrastructure design, implementation, and operations.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies.
  • Expertise in operating systems (Linux/Windows), networking, and security best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a global team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
