Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative and engaging learning solutions for senior professionals.
• Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and content scope.
• Create interactive courses, modules, assessments, and job aids using authoring tools.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to team best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Instructional Designer, preferably in a tech or remote-first environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing and developing various learning assets.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and learning technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex concepts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, remote setting.
