    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain a strong understanding of the executive search industry and market trends.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in internal recruiting or executive search within a professional services environment.
    • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and sourcing techniques.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance global organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with candidates and internal clients at all levels.
    • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
