Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-lifecycle recruiting efforts for internal roles, including executive search and leadership positions.
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build strong relationships.
- Manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and facilitate the offer process.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the executive search industry and market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in internal recruiting or executive search within a professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance global organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with candidates and internal clients at all levels.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
