Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand international remittance services and market share.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with correspondent banks, money transfer operators, and other partners.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international regulatory requirements for remittance operations.
- Monitor the performance of the international remittance business, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- Research and implement new technologies and product enhancements for international transfer services.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to the remittance operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in international remittance or banking operations.
- Strong understanding of global payment systems, foreign exchange, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business development and manage strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in English and Khmer language skills (written and spoken).
