Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international banking regulations and security standards.
- Conduct regular IT security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Oversee security awareness programs and training for staff.
- Manage and monitor IT security controls to protect bank assets and data.
- Participate in incident response planning and management activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT security governance, risk, and compliance within the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
