Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data.
• Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and propose effective solutions.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and inventory management of new IT equipment and software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems, remote support tools, and managing user accounts.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
