- Lead the strategy and development of digital asset initiatives within wholesale banking.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Oversee project lifecycles from conception to implementation for digital asset products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks for digital assets in the banking sector.
- Mentor and guide teams working on digital asset projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital assets, blockchain, or distributed ledger technologies, preferably in wholesale banking.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and regulatory landscape for digital assets.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
