Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on regulatory compliance for fintech products and services.
• Monitor and interpret relevant laws and regulations in the FX/CFD trading sector.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and policies.
• Manage legal risks and ensure adherence to international and local regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with product development and business teams on new fintech initiatives.
• Represent the company in discussions with regulatory bodies and external counsel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; Master’s degree or professional legal qualification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Legal Counsel, specifically with regulatory and fintech focus (5+ years).
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, particularly in FX/CFD trading.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex legal matters.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
