Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee corporate financing activities, including debt and equity management, and capital structure optimization.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
- Manage treasury operations, optimize cash flow, and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Ensure stringent compliance with all financial regulations, internal policies, and governance standards.
- Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic financial planning.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
