Key Responsibilities

- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all cost estimates with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience in senior-level cost estimation, preferably within real estate or construction.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and cost estimation software.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities for managing cross-functional teams.
- Thorough understanding of project lifecycle and construction industry best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
