As Senior Manager – People & Culture – Governance, Controls and Assurance, you will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks, internal controls, and assurance processes within Masdar’s People & Culture function. This role ensures compliance, mitigates risks, and promotes operational excellence in HR practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Design and embed internal controls to ensure compliance with labor laws and Masdar’s policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assurance activities on People & Culture operations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with HR processes and data.
  • Prepare reports on governance, controls, and assurance for senior management.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct within the People & Culture team.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in HR governance, internal controls, or assurance roles.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and best practices in HR.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement robust HR policies and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., HR, Audit, Risk Management) are a plus.
