Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Oversee data governance, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of all performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on performance goals and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in performance management, data analysis, or reporting, preferably within property or facilities management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement robust reporting and analytical frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing cross-functional projects.
