Malaysia Airlines is seeking a Senior Manager, PSS & Airport Systems to lead and manage critical Passenger Service Systems (PSS) and airport IT infrastructure in Greater Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This pivotal role involves overseeing the technical aspects and strategic direction of systems vital for seamless airline operations and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of PSS and Airport Systems.
- Manage the operational efficiency and reliability of critical IT systems supporting airline functions.
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure optimal performance of third-party solutions.
- Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives within the PSS and Airport Systems domain.
- Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of IT professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership, specifically with PSS or Airport Systems in the aviation sector.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and system implementations.
- Strong understanding of airline operational processes and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
