Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive global supply chain strategies aligning with business objectives.
• Lead the optimization of procurement, logistics, and inventory management processes for efficiency.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and oversee contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire supply chain lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and sales.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure resilience and continuity of operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and strategy.
• Proven leadership experience in a senior management role within a complex, global supply chain.
• Strong understanding of defense or space manufacturing industry supply chain complexities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage high-value supplier contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
