Emirates NBD is seeking a Senior Manager – Technology Sourcing to lead strategic procurement initiatives within the Engineering and Information Technology sector. This role involves optimizing technology sourcing, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the bank’s IT infrastructure and services are acquired efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for all technology products and services.
• Manage key vendor relationships and negotiate complex contracts to achieve optimal terms and value.
• Develop and implement technology procurement strategies aligned with the bank’s business objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new technology solutions and suppliers to support innovation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in technology sourcing.
• Collaborate effectively with IT, business units, and legal teams to understand requirements and facilitate successful technology acquisitions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the banking sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, software, cloud services, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a leading financial institution.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
