Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for complex software applications.
- Perform comprehensive manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects and work closely with development teams for timely resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with product owners, developers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and testing tools.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Manual Tester in a dynamic software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, principles, tools, and processes.
- Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Proficiency in using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively within a global team.
