Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, analysis, and development of complex mechanical systems for various projects.
  • Conduct thorough technical assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses.
  • Ensure all mechanical designs comply with international standards and local regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge transfer.
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, with a minimum of 5 years in a consultancy or similar environment.
  • Strong proficiency in relevant mechanical engineering design software and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other building mechanical systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse, fast-paced team.
