Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all mechanical engineering aspects of fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure designs and installations comply with project specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with design and project management teams for value engineering solutions.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in fit-out or construction.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and building management systems.
- Proven ability in project management, problem-solving, and technical leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and industry standards.
