Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems on site.
- Ensure all mechanical works comply with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other engineering disciplines.
- Manage site resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment for mechanical tasks.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to mechanical installations during construction.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision of mechanical works, preferably in real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools is a plus.
