Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust machine learning infrastructure.
- Build and optimize tools, frameworks, and pipelines for ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and efficiency of the ML platform.
- Collaborate closely with ML engineers and data scientists to support their needs and integrate new technologies.
- Drive best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code within the team.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an ML Platform Engineer or similar role in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Go.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of machine learning workflows, MLOps principles, and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international team environment.
